Which service covers my pest?

Each pest page shows which service covers it. See all services and what each one covers.

Not covered

  • Bees: we do not remove bees. Contact a local beekeeper.
  • Red imported fire ants: do not disturb them. Report to the Queensland Department of Agriculture and Fisheries on 13 25 23.
  • Yellow crazy ants: report to Brisbane City Council on 07 3403 8888.
  • Yard and garden pests: treated differently and not part of our household programs. Ask us.
  • Other spiders and ants: call us and we will tell you what can and cannot be treated. Spiders can drift in on the wind and move in from neighbouring properties, so treatment reduces numbers but we cannot promise a home with no spiders.
